Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
• Process patient payments and manage billing.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the dental team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
