Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and experienced Temporary Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental office setting and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Process patient payments and handle billing enquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organised.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dental office software and computer systems.
