We are working with an outstanding group of SEN schools in the Croydon area who are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join them ASAP after Easter for a period of at least 8 weeks BUT this role will be with the view to be extended and for the right candidate, to move into a Permanent placement.

Our client is a well respected and growing group of schools who pride themselves on providing an outstanding level of education for students with SEMH difficulties. They cover students from KS1 to KS4.

In this role you will be a key member of the school, working across 2 sites and working closely with a brilliant Headteacher.

We are looking for someone:

• Prior experience in a leadership role as deputy head / head of keystage / head of school etc. - ideally within an SEN setting but non SEN also considered
• Who wants to strive for excellence in the school
• Will work within the schools ethos and values
• A caring and nurturing nature
• A brilliant communicator with the ability to build rapport with staff, pupils and parents
• Prior experience in a deputy head position
• Able to commit to the duration of the role
