Deputy Manager - Supported Accommodation Service

We seek an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to oversee a 32-bed accommodation service. This role involves managing a team of five project workers through a decant process, ensuring seamless support for adults with complex needs as well as facilitating their move-on arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational management of the accommodation service.

• Support and supervise a team of project workers during the decant period.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs.

• Coordinate and facilitate move-on plans to promote independent living.

• Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with adults with complex needs.

• Strong management and leadership skills, particularly in a supported housing or care setting.

• Experience overseeing a team and managing transitional decant processes.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
