Childrens Deputy Manager / Registered Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and driven Deputy Registered Manager / Registered Manager's to join our client's dedicated team at their children's home. You will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a residential childcare setting

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Progression towards, or willingness to undertake, Level 5 in Leadership and Management

• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills
