Job Description - Derbyshire Council - Head of Growth

To lead and manage the Council's Markham Employment Growth Zone project (MEGZ), a £50m plus project covering some 230 hectares, (575 acres) of former colliery and adjacent land,
preparing land for development (including preparation for sale and disposal), creating new development platforms, and enabling infrastructure (associated road improvements, energy supply and rail heads).

This role rewquired 2 days on site each week.

Daily rate is negotiable and the role will run until at least mid 2026.
