We are looking for a Design Support Manager to take ownership of the Product and UX Design team in supporting delivery, process-optimisation and project execution. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design and work closely with the Head of Product Strategy, CPO, and other key stakeholders.

What your day might look like:

- Hold daily stand-ups with the Head of Digital Design to prioritise requests.

- Coordinating daily with Designers, Product Managers and Owners to align project tasks.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the design studio, ensuring efficient work-flow and project prioritisation.

- Foster collaboration across Digital, CRM, Product, Client Experience and Marketing departments.
