Design Technology Teacher

Are you a creative and passionate educator with a love for innovation and hands-on learning? We’re looking for a dynamic Design and Technology Teacher to join our forward-thinking team and help students bring their ideas to life.

As a DT Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging lessons across a range of disciplines including product design, engineering, textiles, and resistant materials. You’ll foster creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

• Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire students through practical projects and design challenges
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology
• Experience with CAD/CAM and workshop tools is a plus
• Enthusiastic, innovative, and student-focused approach
