About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and practical Design Technology Teacher with a focus on Resistant Materials (wood, metal, plastics). You'll teach students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, helping them build skills in design, making, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

• Teach engaging lessons in Resistant Materials and Product Design
• Use tools like CAD/CAM, 3D printers, and laser cutters
• Support students with GCSE Design & Technology projects
• Keep the workshop safe, organised, and inspiring
• Get involved in clubs and projects like STEM, robotics, or eco-design

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Design Technology or Engineering
• Knowledge of health & safety, design processes, and sustainable materials
• A passion for hands-on learning and creativity
