Client: BAE Systems
Location: Scotstoun (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Hourly Rates: £30.80 PAYE or £41.41 Umbrella
Hours: 37 hours per week
Security Clearance: BPSS

About the Role
BAE are seeking multiple Designers to join the Engineering function within the Naval Ships business unit. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for complex maritime projects, contributing to the success of the Canadian Surface Combatant programme.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong background in an engineering or technical role, ideally within naval/marine projects.
Foran experience is preferred, however not essential as training will be provided
Ability to interpret, review, and validate technical drawings and documents.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
