Desktop Engineer - Dynatrace/Windows - sought by leading investment bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid

*inside iR35 - umbrella*

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
• Monitor and analyse system performance using Dynatrace.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
• Document technical procedures and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
