Desktop Support Engineer Security Cleared, SC

Location: HMNB CLYDE HM NAVAL BASE: CLYDEFASLANE - ARGYLL AND BUTE

Contractual position

Pay Rate:

• £25.25 per hour via Umbrella
• £19.38 per hour via Hays PAYE

Contract Length: 1 month

The successfulcandidate must hold current SC clearance.

A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for a SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at theirprestigious offices.

The client site is aSecurity Cleared environment, so the successful candidate must hold current SCclearance.

With responsibilityfor:

• Assist in migration setup, including configuring the Refresh Clinic.
• Transport the required quantity of devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic under the instruction of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Log into systems using provided devices, following guidance from project leads.
• Refresh laptops and ensure proper configuration before deployment.
• Update relevant steps in the Contractor's workflow management system accurately.
• Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager as needed.
