Development Accountant

Development Accountant | £40,000 - £42,500 per annum | 12 month FTC | North West | Hybrid Working;

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a large Social Housing Assocaition based in the North West who are looking to recruit a Development Accountant to their team. The role offers hybrid working, flexi-time and other great benefits.

Duties:

• Support the financial management of housing development projects
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Monitor and control development costs, ensuring financial accuracy
• Work closely with project teams to provide financial insights and analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and housing sector standards

Experience:

• Experience in development accounting, project finance, or management accounting
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills
• Knowledge of housing development finance (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
