A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at theirprestigious offices.

Contract Details:

• Location: Corsham
• Contract Length: 3 months +

Candidate Requirements: Successful candidates must hold a current SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving incidents.
• Fulfilling requests.
• Assisting with problem investigations.
• Identifying and generating support documentation.
• Providing technical coaching.
• Ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
• Providing technical support and service delivery to our client's customers.
