Job Description - Diagnostics Product Management Associate

Role: Diagnostics Product Management Associate
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid 2 days/week) OR Remote for the right candidate
Salary: £15.38 per hour (PAYE) OR £20.40 per hour (UMB)
12-month contract (likely to extend) - Inside IR35

We're seeking a dynamic and organised Diagnostics Product Management Associate to support our global client's marketing team on a 12-month contract, with strong potential to extend.

Working across a diverse portfolio of 500+ diagnostic products, you'll play a key role in supporting Product Managers, ensuring product availability, coordinating marketing activities, and helping to deliver product lifecycle and marketing projects.

The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day product and marketing support to Product Managers
  • Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events
  • Manage product availability and support supply planning
  • Track and report on marketing activity
  • Assist with new product launches and trade show activities
  • Build relationships with sales, technical teams, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal reporting


Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organisation and administration skills
  • Experience in marketing support, project coordination, product support or admin roles
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and flexible approach
  • Experience in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or pharma (advantageous but not essential)
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or Business (desirable but not required)
