ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client is a long-standing and trusted delivery partner in UK defence, supporting a wide range of digital and operational transformation projects. Known for delivering excellence across secure estates, their collaborative, data-driven approach has helped optimise critical asset management across multiple government sites. Due to an internal move, we're now looking for a Digital Analyst to support their growing South East-based contract.

THE DIGITAL ANALYST ROLE:

In this role, you'll work with Asset Condition survey data to shape and evolve the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. You'll be a key part of the team keeping systems (particularly MAXIMO) up to date and running efficiently. From creating reports and dashboards to supporting broader digital improvement initiatives, this is a great opportunity to use your data skills to make a real difference in a high-integrity, high-impact environment.

DIGITAL ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience working with MAXIMO, ideally focused on asset and PPM management

• Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of Asset Condition data

• Confident using reporting tools to visualise insights

• Background in facilities management or MOD contracts is a strong advantage
