Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator

Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimising user journeys and improving online performance?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced marketing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in improving the functionality and performance of an Online Booking Platform, helping to increase online appointments and enhance user experience.

• Support the delivery of digital product improvements to drive online bookings

• Use tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to spot friction points and boost conversion rates

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to enhance the user journey

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

• Update website content across key pages (e.g. recruitment, practices, referral network)

• Manage incoming digital/website requests and support broader digital marketing activity

• Strong analytical skills - you're confident working with data and performance metrics

• Hands-on experience with booking platforms (Dentally, Exact or similar)

• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) techniques

• Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress or Statamic

• Highly organised, detail-focused, and a natural team player
