Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels to attract and retain supporters, beneficiaries, and professionals, with a strong emphasis on fundraising efforts.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth, focusing on fundraising.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Enhance customer journeys through advanced CRM strategies and optimize campaigns with A/B testing.
  • Oversee and optimize digital channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Email.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive relevant traffic and leverage platforms for fundraising growth.
  • Set and exceed performance targets, reporting on outcomes and budget allocation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve ROI.
  • Develop digital partnerships to enhance sector profile, audience reach, and innovation.

Profile

  • Line Management & Teamwork: Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: High-level knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Trend Monitoring: Ability to track and leverage digital marketing trends and innovations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Fundraising Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing's role in effective fundraising.
  • Accessibility & Inclusion: Knowledge of digital tools to enhance accessibility, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and influencing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Ability to create metrics and provide evidence-based recommendations.
