Job Description - Digital Product Marketing Manager

  • Digital Product Marketing Manager - 6 Month Contract
  • £300 - £400 per day Umbrella (Inscope of IR35)
  • Henley - Hybrid 3 days onsite


The Digital Product Marketing Manager's challenge is to devise and implement strategies to craft web journeys that enhance client awareness, engagement, and acquisition. By leveraging customer insights, the goal is to deliver a meaningful and personalised client experience that boosts consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty, and advocacy across all client segments, ultimately positively impacting the bottom line.

The Role

  • Serve as the direct point of contact for website experiences aligned to strategic business units to support baseline and campaign activity
  • Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional team that identifies, designs, develops and deploys digital experiences that surprise and delight our clients through ease, emotion and effectiveness
  • Be a driving force for continuous improvement of our digital properties and experiences
  • Have a deep understanding of our CMS platform and MarTech stack to develop experiences designed to meet both client/user needs and business objectives
  • Develop and execute ideas end-to-end for marketing campaigns and baseline activities
  • Collaborate with product managers/owners for new capabilities and enhancements to the AEM platform
  • Analyse data and voice of the customer feedback and turn insights into future marketing and optimisation strategies including A/B and multi-variate testing


The Candidate

  • 5+years of experience working in a digital or related role with at least 3 years of hands-on product marketing or product design experience
  • Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of new digital product trends
  • Excellent competency in product and project management tools
  • Experience with using research techniques to advocate for our users & synthesise feedback into priorities
  • Experience and familiarity working with Optimisation and testing platforms (Adobe Target) and Marketing Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with site optimisation (i.e., A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and personalisation
  • Experience in content management systems, specifically AEM
