The Role

Our client is seeking a strategically minded and community-focused Director of Finance & Business Development to lead the finance function and support the sustainable growth of their services. This is a key leadership position combining financial stewardship, income diversification, and long-term financial planning (LTFP). You’ll play a critical role in strengthening impact and financial sustainability as they grow.

The Successful Candidate

• CCAB Qualified Accountant
• Proven ability to lead financial strategy, planning, and modelling
• Experience supporting commercial growth and new business opportunities
• Excellent communicator, confident working with a range of stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and strong understanding of finance systems

What's on offer
Fixed term contract at £70-75k or comparable day rate (depending on experience) of £400 - £450 per day, inside of IR35
