An NHS Organisation in the South of England are looking for a Director of Improvement on an initial interim basis. The successful candidate will lead the strategic and continuous improvement agenda across the Trust, ensuring programmes are aligned with strategic goals, priorities, and patient perspectives. Build and lead a high-performing improvement team while embedding a Trust-wide culture of quality improvement.

Working at sub-board, the post holder will drive strategic transformation, and continuous improvement, through the delivery and embedding of robust programmes.

This position will be pivotal in developing an infrastructure that fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust. The role requires the post holder to collaborate with cross functional departments and take responsibility for the development, design, and implementation of the strategic improvement delivery plan

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have significant senior-level leadership experience in the NHS
• Have formal training in improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PDSA)
