Director of Salesforce | 6 Months | Circa £1000 P/D | Outside IR35 | Hybrid

We’re recruiting for a Salesforce Director for a 6-month contract with an end client in the Manufacturing sector. This role is determined as Outside IR35 and requires onsite work twice a week in either London or Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading at this level and a strong professional background in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in leading Salesforce strategy, execution, and roadmap alignment across multiple business functions.

Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architect and related parties.

Expertise in resolving escalated technical challenges and optimising system architecture to support business objectives.

Excellent skills in collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce initiatives meet organisational goals.
Experience in spearheading Salesforce related change management processes to ensure smooth adoption.

Ability to manage vendor relationships and control budget for Salesforce.
