Disrepair and Property Surveyors

Surveyor Positions Available:
1x Contract Disrepair Surveyor (6-month contract)
Rate: £40ph (Negotiable)

2x Property Surveyors (Temp to Perm or Permanent)
Annual Salary: £51,000
Location: North London

Join a leading housing provider in North London as they expand their property team. We are currently seeking three experienced Surveyors, including one Contract Disrepair Surveyor for a six-month term, and two Property Surveyors on a temp-to-perm or permanent basis.

Day-to-Day of the Role: Contract Disrepair Surveyor:

Conduct surveys and assessments specifically related to disrepair claims.

Coordinate with legais teams and provide technical advice on property conditions.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation for use in legal proceedings.

Property Surveyors:

Conduct routine and ad-hoc property surveys for day-to-day repairs and planned works.

Assess and report on property conditions, plan maintenance work, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Manage and oversee contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency in maintenance works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Recognised qualifications in surveying.

Proven experience in housing or property surveying.

Strong knowledge of day-to-day repairs planned works, and disrepair issues.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
