Description

• Conduct thorough surveys of council properties to identify and assess disrepair issues.
• Expert witness and court attendance.
• Produce detailed reports on findings and present to management.
• Collaborate with the construction department on necessary repairs.
• Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and other stakeholders on repair schedules and updates.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Profile

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Construction or Surveying.
• A strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
