Disrepair Works Coordinator housing

• Hourly Rate: PAYE £17.30, LTD UMB £22.96

We are seeking an experienced Disrepair Works Coordinator to join a leading housing association in North London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in housing scheduling, ready to start immediately and contribute effectively to our operations.

• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance work for properties within the housing association.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of disrepair works.
• Monitor and update the status of repair jobs in the housing management system.
• Handle incoming queries and concerns related to disrepair works from tenants and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the execution of repair works.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to disrepair activities.

• Proven experience as a housing scheduler or similar role within a housing association or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in housing management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to housing repairs and maintenance.
