Job Description - Distribution Assistant

DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT

Our client is seeking a Distribution Assistant to support their broker management through research, analysis, data cleansing, and maintaining comprehensive broker profiles. This role involves working with advanced technology and data to enhance efficiency and support protection against evolving business risks in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT ROLE:

Creating and managing full broker profiles by manually web scraping, documenting and collating strategic broker partner data, including structure, total GWP, product lines of interest and future opportunities with CFC
Supporting data cleansing in preparation for the implementation of a new CRM system in Q4 2025
Providing additional administrative support for the wider Distribution team where required

DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

Demonstrating strong research abilities and drawing from a variety of sources to reach succinct, accurate conclusions
Understanding Microsoft 365, specifically Excel
Providing examples of previous research or analytical projects undertaken
Showing a willingness to learn tools such as Databricks, where required
