Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation dedicated to improving the health of millions, is on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join their dynamic team for an exciting 3-month project! If you're a Life Science graduate looking to transition into an office-based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

?? Key Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Hourly Rate: £14.20
• Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
• Location: Office based in Canary Wharf with hybrid working (8 days per month in the office)

? Your Role:
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the tracking of initial applications and variations using the client's IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring relevant mailboxes for applications
• Assisting Senior Business Support Advisors by retrieving and updating documentation in the Agency IT systems
• Undertaking ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead

? What We're Looking For:

• A relevant Life Science degree or background
• Strong administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
