We are seeking a proactive and experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic team on a significant construction project in Manchester.

As a Document Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of all project documentation, maintaining our commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all project documents, drawings, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Implement and maintain an effective document control system (Viewpoint, or similar).
• Ensure all documentation is accurately logged, distributed, filed, and archived.
• Monitor and track document revisions, ensuring the latest versions are always accessible.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely document exchange.
