  • Collaborate effectively with statutory and voluntary partners to reduce risk and promote safeguarding

  • Chair and participate in multi-agency case reviews and contribute to professional meetings

  • Deliver training and share expertise with colleagues and external professionals

  • Maintain accurate case records using ICT systems and contribute to ongoing service development

Essential Requirements
  • Recognised qualification in social work (HCPC/SWE registered) or equivalent relevant qualification (e.g., IDVA/DAPA)

  • Skilled in risk assessment, safeguarding procedures and safety planning

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Confidence working independently and as part of a multi-agency team

  • Understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and the impact of gender inequality, discrimination, and deprivation

  • Commitment to equality, diversity and anti-discriminatory practice

Additional Information

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A-C in English and Mathematics

  • Occasional evening work required
