We have a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the most impressive areas of Birmingham. We're looking for a smart, engaging individual with strong IT skills to join our customer service team. In this client-facing role, you’ll ensure every customer is looked after as if they were a family member.

You must be confident in your approach and capable of helping to manage and respond to a growing number of queries. The primary responsibility of this role is managing event space bookings. You'll oversee enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring each interaction is managed with the utmost care.

Events range from small gatherings and corporate meetings to large-scale venue hires—no two days will be the same. It’s an excellent opportunity to stay busy during the (hopefully!) warm summer months. The Role

• Respond to all enquiries regarding event space bookings via phone, email, and in person.
• Support clients with their requirements when hiring venue and event space.
• Update the CRM system and maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and diary bookings.
• Complete client invoicing and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Gather initial information to issue booking contracts.
• Manage diary bookings using the CRM system.
• Complete additional ad hoc tasks as required by clients.

Key Skills

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills
• Highly organised and adaptable
• Experience in event sales or coordination
• General administration experience
• Clear and friendly communication
