Tradewind Recruitment is looking to recruit enthusiastic Drama Teachers to join secondary schools across Wellingborough from September. This full-time role involves delivering engaging Drama lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop acting skills, stagecraft, and a love for the performing arts.

In this role, you'll have the chance to lead school productions, workshops, and extracurricular drama activities, fostering teamwork and creativity. Schools in the area provide supportive environments and excellent resources to help you thrive.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Drama in secondary schools

• Creative and energetic teaching style with strong classroom management

• A passion for nurturing students' confidence and teamwork skills

• Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) welcome with full support available
