Drivers Mate

Our client in North London are looking to hire an experienced Drivers Mate to assist in delivery drops.

The job is Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm/ 7am - 4pm. This is a temporary position however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the driver with directions and navigating parking.
• Loading and unloading vehicle. Heavy lifting.
• Delivering to clients, who may be upstairs or a short walk from parking location.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a drivers mate and working with an electric pump truck
• Able to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Polite nature with clients.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Good knowledge of central London is preferred
