• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
• Location: Andover, Hampshire
• Job Type: Temporary position starting from 30th June till 11th July
• Hours: 08:30 – 15:00 overtime will be paid on top if necessary
• Days: 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
• Immediately available

My client is seeking an enthusiastic Drivers mate to join their dynamic team. This role involves delivering domestic appliances and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a 'can do' attitude, and be ready to work both independently and as part of a team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver domestic appliances as part of a 2-person team.
• Manage stock control, manually store stock, load vehicles for delivery, and unload returns.
• Handle the recycling of packaging and assist salespeople in the showroom by moving appliances.
• Load customer cars as required.
• Utilize technology for job management, including the use of smartphones (training provided for scanners and basic PC tasks).
• Maintain excellent timekeeping and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering goods to customer homes preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact politely and effectively with customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Ability to use basic tools and perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting.
