Job Opportunity: Driving & Warehouse Operative (Full-Time, Day Shift)
Location: East Grinstead
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

We are recruiting for a Driving & Warehouse Operative to join a dynamic team, supporting daily operations across both warehouse and delivery activities. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their organisation skills, and values being on the road as well as in the warehouse, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth delivery processes and warehouse efficiency — from receiving shipments to delivering goods and maintaining stock standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive daily shipments and check deliveries against paperwork.
• Load and unload stock, accurately transferring items into returnable VMI bins.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure goods are loaded securely.
• Deliver parts and products using a transit-sized vehicle to customer sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area, including waste disposal.
• Uphold high standards at customer locations — representing the team professionally.
• Support operational tasks including system upgrades and new customer setups.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience driving transit-sized vehicles.
• Background in warehouse or delivery roles.
• Comfortable with physical/manual handling tasks within safe weight limits.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a flexible approach to work.
