• Confident teaching across KS3 & KS4 (Product Design, Resistant Materials, etc.).

• Deliver engaging and hands-on lessons across KS3 & KS4.

• Inspire pupils through practical project work and innovative classroom ideas.
• Maintain and promote health & safety standards in the workshop and classroom.
• Assess and monitor student progress, setting ambitious targets for achievement.
• Collaborate with the department to enrich the DT curriculum and run extracurricular clubs.
• Support pupils of all abilities and foster a growth mindset in a creative environment.
