What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing, maintaining and organising tools, machinery, and materials for practical lessons
• Supporting teachers and students during hands-on projects and workshops
• Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Helping to design and produce resources, displays, and prototypes
• Playing a vital part in the smooth running of the DT department

? What We’re Looking For:

• Practical experience working with tools, machinery, and materials (wood, metal, plastics, etc.)
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting young people in a creative, technical environment
• Awareness of health and safety in workshop settings (training can be provided)
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in a school or workshop setting is desirable but not essential

Bonus If You Have:

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM (e.g., laser cutters, 3D printers, etc.)
• An interest in design, engineering, or education
• Relevant technical qualifications or training
