We are on the lookout for dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistants and Teaching Staff to join our team. Your role will involve working in SEN schools, supporting students with diverse needs such as autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural challenges.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and delivering customised educational activities.
• Offer one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to address the unique needs of each student.
• Track and report on student progress and behaviour.

• Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
