Role overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist (Temporary) with a strong background in programmatic advertising and media/agency services. This role is responsible for driving product adoption and delivering strategic advertising solutions to clients and agencies. The ideal candidate will combine deep platform expertise—particularly in Ads, DV360, and YouTube—with a consultative, data-driven approach to enhance customer engagement, maximize campaign effectiveness, and support business growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their advertising ecosystem, identifying revenue opportunities, resolving product challenges, and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Support customer relationships to increase product adoption and deliver impactful client solutions
Lead or co-lead client workshops, troubleshoot product challenges, and identify growth opportunities
Act as a product SME (Subject Matter Expert) for customers and agencies
Educate internal teams and sellers on new client products, features, and betas
Contribute to market research and competitive analysis
Plan and execute prioritized project work using appropriate analytical methods
Manage timelines, goals, and components of projects with minimal supervision
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and escalate issues effectively
Translate client business models into scalable product adoption opportunities
Support internal feedback loops to improve product design and customer strategies
Identify and size revenue growth opportunities in collaboration with partner teams
Share best practices, sales strategies, and objection handling techniques
Design and deliver workshops to drive revenue growth and align with customer goals
Analyze data to draw actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations
Interpret financial and performance metrics to optimize client outcomes
Skills:
Technical & Product Knowledge
Deep familiarity with , DV360, YouTube, and related advertising platforms
Ability to apply client product knowledge to solve business problems and drive growth
Strong consultative skills to uncover stakeholder needs and recommend tailored solutions
Proficient in combining technical and financial data for client reporting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external clients across complex environments
Experience in managing relationships across agencies and advertisers
Skilled in opportunity and pipeline management throughout the sales lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong situational leadership and ability to handle high-pressure discussions
Ability to influence and navigate in a matrixed, cross-functional business environment
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in media or agency services with a focus on sales or client-facing roles
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Industry Experience: Background with companies such as Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, or The Trade Desk
Product Expertise: Strong understanding of DV360, YouTube, and Ads
