Dynamics 365 Developer

Dynamics 365 Developer (Customer Service, Marketing & Sales) // Birmingham (Hybrid) // Initial 6-Month Contract // Up to £500/day

REED Technology are working with a client who are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across Dynamics 365 (CE), Power Platform, and Azure services. You’ll play a critical role in shaping enterprise-level solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile, product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure

• Configure and optimise Omnichannel and CoPilot Studio (live chat, voice, messaging, IVR)

• Develop custom business logic and workflows using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse

• Build and manage Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Power BI dashboards

• Integrate D365 with other enterprise systems via Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus

• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps

• Act as a technical mentor within a DevOps team and collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and stakeholders

• Document solutions and contribute to team capability growth through continuous improvement

Required Skills/Experience;

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development

• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security, and performance tuning

• Proficient in Azure integration, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management

• Confident communicator – able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A collaborative team player with a delivery mindset and strong attention to detail

• Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) if required

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Field Service & IoT integration

• Large-scale data migration into Dataverse

• Familiarity with XRM Toolbox and source control practices
