Dynamics Functional Consultant

Role: Dynamics Functional Consultant
Rate: £550 p/d - Via Umbrella
Location: Bath HQ - Hybrid Model - Weekly visits
Duration: 6 months - extensions highly likely

Experience required:

- Strong, understanding and competency of IT. E.g. cloud infrastructure, , integration methods, reporting and analytics, active directory, ITIL, customer support and change management.

- Excellent D365 product knowledge. E.g. modules, services, Developer tool suites, use cases, case studies.

- Prior experience in relevant role (e.g. support / development) using D365 toolsets.

- Prior experience in relevant projects (e.g. good portfolio of past experience and project involvement in end to end CRM/ERP implementation)

- Relevant technical qualifications to the role (e.g. Microsoft Certified D365 Functional Consultant Associate (MB-240, PL-200, MB-300, MB-310).

- Personability and communication, translating into skills in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into system configurations and features and providing knowledge through training others.

- Customer Relationship Management skills in building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Business (Ideally industry) specific knowledge of business process (both Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Management) compliance measures and best practices.

- Adaptability and ability to stay on top of new features functionality and willingness to keep up to date with market trends and new features that may be beneficial for our business (e.g. Co-Pilot for Dynamics).
