Dynatrace Consultant - Investment Banking, Business Processes

Senior Dynatrace Consultant sought by leading financial services organisation based in west London.

**Inside IR35 - 3 days a week on site**

Looking for a Dynatrace Expert with Business Chain Knowledge.

We are seeking a Dynatrace expert who not only has deep technical expertise in the platform but also understands end-to-end business processes, particularly in the financial domain (e.g., equity pricing and related workflows).

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize the use of Dynatrace within the client's existing architecture.
* Map and monitor business chains, with a focus on equity pricing processes and related transactions.
* Help bridge the gap between technical performance data and business impact.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, reduce latency, and ensure performance SLAs.
* Work closely with both IT and business teams to provide actionable insights.

Profile:
* Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
* Deep understanding of business flows in financial services, ideally in capital markets.
* Ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
