Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across all primary and secondary year groups
• Implement lesson plans provided by the school and adjust to pupil’s needs
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support pupils in both academic and personal development
• Work closely with staff to ensure continuity in learning and teaching quality

Ideal Candidate:

• Early Career Teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Passion for education and a strong desire to develop as a teacher
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, positive, and open to learning from different school settings
• Ability to engage with students and adapt to different classroom environments
