• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a strong grasp of the primary curriculum and solid subject knowledge
• Are enthusiastic about planning and delivering engaging, purposeful lessons that support memorable learning experiences
• Use effective assessment strategies to identify next steps in learning, including when to reteach, scaffold, or stretch pupils
• Are excellent communicators and listeners, able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and support staff
• Are dedicated to helping all children reach their full potential
