Are you a passionate, motivated teacher ready to make a meaningful impact across two vibrant primary schools within a highly reputable Trust in Tameside? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to take on a unique job share opportunity supporting classes in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, with flexibility depending on your strengths and interests.

This exciting role is based across two schools within the Tameside community, both known for their inclusive values, low staff turnover, and highly experienced leadership teams. The schools serve a wonderfully diverse catchment area and place great importance on nurturing strong relationships between staff, families, and the wider community.

The schools are looking for a teacher who:

• Has strong subject knowledge and a real enthusiasm for teaching and learning
• Builds positive rapport that encourages every child to participate and thrive
• Brings experience (or confidence to develop skills) supporting pupils with EHCPs
• Works collaboratively and respectfully with classroom support staff
• Uses effective behaviour management strategies to promote a focused learning environment
• Plans creative, purposeful lessons that reflect pupils' interests and prepare them for the modern world
