Are you an enthusiastic trainee teacher or newly qualified ECT looking for your first full-time Reception role?

Long Term Futures are working with a warm and well-regarded Primary School in Harrow to appoint a Reception Class Teacher from September 2025. This is a straight-to-permanent opportunity-perfect for an Early Career Teacher looking to join a supportive environment where children are nurtured through curiosity, play, and purposeful learning.

• The Role:
• Teaching a vibrant and engaged Reception class
• Delivering the EYFS curriculum with creativity and consistency
• Working closely with the EYFS Lead and a full-time Teaching Assistant
• Participating fully in the school's ECT induction and mentoring programme
• Developing children's early reading, phonics, numeracy and social skills

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (or is due to qualify this summer)
• Has knowledge of EYFS teaching and Early Learning Goals
• Brings warmth, patience and a commitment to early child development
• Keen to reflect, grow and contribute to a positive staff culture
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, children and parents
