Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for multiple Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across Secondary Schools throughout Derby and Derbyshire on an adhoc supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience in a variety of school settings. Whether you're looking to broaden your teaching practice, build confidence across different year groups, or find the right school to begin your long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

As an ECT working with Tradewind, you'll:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across your specialist subject and other curriculum areas.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Inspire, engage and support students in their learning.

• Develop your teaching skills in a range of environments and contexts.

• Flexibility - choose the days you are available to work.

• Variety - gain experience in a range of different schools and classrooms.

• Support - access ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities.

• Competitive pay - £148.80 to £168.80 per day depending on experience.
