Location: Brent, North West London
Pay: £155 - £165 per day (PAYE only)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (Temp-to-Perm potential)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a range of well-established primary schools in Brent that are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated ECTs for September. These schools offer structured induction support, excellent mentoring, and a positive, inclusive ethos - giving you the best possible launchpad into teaching.

• Take on your own class in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your preference and strengths

• Deliver high-quality lessons supported by existing planning and schemes

• Work alongside experienced mentors and senior leaders through your ECT years

• Participate in CPD and training both in school and via SANZA's National College access

• PAYE only - no umbrella deductions, complete transparency

• Partnered with the National College - gain FREE access to ECT-specific CPD, safeguarding, phonics, behaviour management, and more

• Work with a dedicated consultant (Paige!) who gets to know your teaching style and school fit

• Option to trial schools before committing - start on supply, move into long-term

• Full preparation and support for interviews, lesson planning, and classroom management

Many of our ECTs placed through SANZA go on to secure permanent contracts and rapid progression.
