Early Careers Recruiter

Are you an experienced Early Careers Recruiter looking for work immediately?

Our investment client is now hiring to join their prestigious and established early careers team for a 6-month contract.

As a campus recruiter, you should have experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end hiring for interns and graduates across EMEA and school-leaver apprentices in the UK.

Skills/Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in a 360 early careers recruiter role.
• Solid experience working in large-scale matrix investment or financial organisations is essential.
• Experience recruiting globally.
• Experience building early careers strategies globally.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
