Early Years Class Teacher

EYFS Teacher required in Redditch

Your new school is a primary school based in the Redditch area and is looking for an Early Years teacher. A very popular first school which offers an extremely supportive environment for parents, teachers and staff.

Your new role

For this role, you will need to be an enthusiastic, talented and committed teacher where the students' learning and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything. This will be through an agency and will be on a term-by-term basis, the school would like to see how this works but has promised to give a lot of notice, so I can find you alternative work starting the following term.

The ideal candidate for this role would be:

• Highly effective EYFS classroom practice
• A creative approach to cross-curricular planning and teaching
• Self-motivation and expertise to lead a curriculum area across the school.
• Qualified teacher status
• Experience of teaching EYFS in a primary school
• Effective assessment and planning
• Proven teaching skills
• Very good class management skills
• The ability to work as a team member
• A positive outlook and response to new ideas
• Respect for children as individuals
• Self-motivation and pro-activity
