Early Years Educator

Long Term Futures are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated individual who holds a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification and is looking for a fulfilling long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

This full-time position is a key part of the school's wrap-around care, with shifts running between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM. As a vital member of the nursery team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality daily care and supervision for young children.

Your main duties will include:

• Assisting the Nursery Teacher with engaging and educational activities.

• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.

• Supporting with daily routines such as mealtimes and personal care.

• Communicating effectively with pupils, parents, and fellow staff.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., Diploma in Childcare and Education, Diploma for Early Years Educators).

• Prior experience working in an early years or nursery setting.

• A genuine passion for working with young children.

• Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

• A proactive and team-oriented approach.

• Daily Rate: £955 - £115 (depending on experience).

• Contract: Long-term position with a view to becoming permanent.

• Start Date: ASAP.

• Consistent full-time work.

• Dedicated support from a personal consultant.

• Trial days to ensure the role is the right fit for you.

The school is conveniently located and easily accessible from areas like Lewisham, Blackheath, Charlton, Woolwich, and Deptford.
